These instruments sit behind your ear and connect, via a thin tube, to a mould or dome, which sits inside your ear.
Whilst not the most discrete, these hearing aids are the most powerful, and can help the most severe hearing loss.

One of the most popular choices, due to its sleek design and versatility. Receiver in the canal hearing aids can help keep the ear canal open, so have a natural sound.
These hearing aids have a speaker that sits inside the ear canal, which is connected, via a very thin wire, to a small hearing aid unit that sits behind the ear.
Receiver in the canal hearing aids are suitable for most hearing losses.

Sitting inside the ear canal, these hearing aids are custom made to the shape of your ear and house all of the components with nothing behind the ear at all.

Similar to in the canal devices, these hearing aids sit slightly further down the ear canal and are very small.

The most discrete option available, these devices are tiny and sit even further down the ear canal than CICs.
These invisible hearing aids feature a small wire to help you to extract them from your ear, and are suitable for mild to moderate hearing losses.
Due to their smaller size, invisible in the canal devices do not offer wireless connectivity.
