I rang KOH this morning as I was struggling with a lot of pain in my eye. I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere. They were very kind on the phone and squeezed me in between their appointments which I was really grateful for. The staff were really helpful when I went in and the optician didn’t rush the appointment despite having squeezed me in. He also spent a lot of time listening to my issue and gave me the best advice he could. I don’t leave reviews very much but wanted to leave one here as they were so good. Thank you again
